The Wyndham Mt. Laurel Hotel in New Jersey installed a 756 kW photovoltaic solar carport system from SolarMax Technology. “A hotel often has high energy consumption because of the many rooms and amenities that have to be powered,” said David Hsu, SolarMax Technology president. “The carport solar system we installed at the Wyndham in New Jersey will help offset the hotel’s energy bills by 67 percent.” Wyndham will purchase and receive all energy from the solar panels at a fixed rate under a 15 year power purchase agreement.
